Aryna Sabalenka and her boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, have been enjoying quality time together during the offseason. Frangulis, a Brazilian entrepreneur and founder of Oakberry, recently shared a series of photos on Instagram from a week spent with his family in Florida, which Sabalenka found "sweet." While Sabalenka and Frangulis spent much of the offseason together, she is currently in Abu Dhabi, participating in an exhibition event.
The couple, who began their relationship earlier this year after a close friendship, have often traveled together. Frangulis, a constant presence at Sabalenka's matches, has supported her throughout numerous tournaments. Their relationship became public after their close bond turned into a romance.
Sabalenka’s remarkable season culminated in her securing the World No. 1 ranking at the WTA Finals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she took advantage of Iga Swiatek's absence to leapfrog the Pole into the top spot. Though Sabalenka lost in the semifinals to eventual champion Coco Gauff, her strong finish to the season sealed her place at the top.
After the WTA Finals, Sabalenka and Frangulis enjoyed a romantic getaway to Paris. The couple later traveled to Miami, where they were spotted courtside at an NBA Miami Heat game and enjoyed a lunch with Frangulis' brother, Pedro. In late November, Frangulis posted a carousel of images on Instagram showcasing their time together during the offseason, surrounded by friends and family.
